My name is Ivan Delgado. I am a student at Rowe-Clark MSA. I really like how we've learned about what happens to things when they travel the speed of light. I also like how we almost always use laptops in class. My favorite thing that I learned this week was that time slows down as you travel the speed of light.

I learned that the sun has 5 billion more years to live. The Sun has seven layers. The Sun has nuclear fusion and fission at it's core. I found it easy to learn the layers of the sun. I found it challenging to learn about nuclear fusion. I would also like to learn about the smallest and and biggest stars in the universe.

Law of Reflection

This week we covered how lasers work and how they reflect. When a laser hits an object that does not create a reflection, the laser simply becomes absorbed. However, if the laser hits an object such as a mirror, then it would bounce off the mirror in a different direction. The angle it could make would range from 0 to 90 degrees.

This is an image of a protostar. A protostar is one of the first steps in the process of star formation. Protostars are formed from the contraction of molecular clouds in the interstellar medium. Viktor Ambartsumian was the first to find protostars. Overall, there are four classes of protostars.
